INDIA and Hindus have suffered enormous and irreparable damage during the 125 years of history of the Congress owing to the terrible mistakes and sins committed by the party. Most of the political parties have been just watching indifferently these unpardonable sins with the attitude like ‘Dhrutarashtra – Gandhari’ and therefore, we no more want the charade of democratic rule. Sin related to appeasement of separatist Muslims: The pro-Muslim Congress rulers at the Centre, who are trying to appease anti-national separatists from Jammu and Kashmir for the past two decades instead of taking stringent action against them and trying to hold discussions for peace with them, are in fact, taking this country to further partition.
Sin related to being indifferent to Hindus owing to love for Muslims: In the year 1947 when Pakistan was created after partition, there were 300 Hindu temples in Pakistan. Presently, there are only 36 temples remaining in Pakistan. The above information has been published on the website of metransparent.com. It has been mentioned on this website that ‘out of the remaining 36 temples in Pakistan, many temples are in a very dilapidated condition and if those are not properly renovated, even they would be destroyed. Pakistan does not grant permission to local Hindus for maintenance of these temples. In 1992 when Babri Masjid was demolished in India, Muslims destroyed 200 temples in Pakistan. The 20 lakhs of Hindus now living in Pakistan are constantly threatened by Muslims and they have to tolerate everything without uttering a word.’
Sin related to appeasement of Muslims: ‘Muslims kill Hindus by way of ‘jihad’; take out ‘fatwas’ to convert Hindu girls; declare that they would not hoist National Flag; will not say ‘Vande Mataram’; but the Congress Government keeps quiet and takes no action against such anti-national and anti-Dharma people. Whereas Varun Gandhi of BJP made some strong statements regarding Hinduism and the Congress Government immediately became active. Election Commission issued a notice to him and the mass media started his defamation.’
Sin related to suppression of pro-Hindu organizations: The Congress imposed a ban on RSS after assassination of Gandhi. The then newspapers ‘Crisis’ and ‘Karmayogi’ published from Prayag, so also ‘Dainik Bharat’ published from Pune and Nagpur had to face suppression by the Congress Government for their extending support to the ‘Satyagrah (passive political resistance)’ drive started by RSS. These newspapers, however, continued to present the just side of RSS by strongly opposing the Government
Sin related to appeasement of Muslims: In a function organized by Jamat-e-Ulma, the President of UPA Government, Sonia Gandhi said, “The principles of Jamat-e-Ulema Hind and Congress are similar. ‘Ulema Hind’ and ‘Congress’ had only fought for freedom of this country.” The statement was made in a program while addressing the citizens which resulted in insulting feelings of 85% of the citizens of this country.
Sin related to appeasement of Muslims: Pakistan never paid a few billions of rupees due to Hindu refugees. India gave Rs.300 crores to England that were supposed to be paid by Pakistan. Pakistan has still not returned that money to India. We are, however, shamelessly showing this amount under ‘Receivables’ in our budgetary provisions.
Sin related to encouraging dissident thinking: Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi kept mum on the disintegrating demand made in the year 2009, by the Finance Minister Tariq Ahmad in Congress-led Jammu and Kashmir Government, for a separate currency for that State which is different from the one used all over India.
Sin related to extreme appeasement of Muslims: Anti-national governance of the Congress, which gives citizenship to ‘infiltrating Muslims with ‘jihadi’ mentality; but bans Indians from settling in Jammu and Kashmir !
Sin with regard to inaction against ‘jihadi’ terrorism and let it spread everywhere in the country: The Congress Government, which is certifying that madarasas are not terrorists centres but the centres for social service and thus encouraging terrorism, is on the other hand, shamelessly describing that despite ban on ‘SIMI’, how there is increase in its terrorists activities.
Sin with regard to inaction against ‘jihadi’ terrorism and let it spread everywhere in the country: According to the Government led by Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, taking stringent action against terrorism means to hurt Muslims; therefore, after coming into power, he drastically cut down the budgetary provision towards modernization of Police Department and Secret Agencies; cancelled Acts like ‘POTA’ which resulted in strengthening of terrorism and demoralization of security agencies.
Sin related to extreme appeasement of minorities: When Rajiv Gandhi had gone to Nagaland, where Christians are in majority, he made an anti-national declaration of establishing a ‘Christian State’ there, for acquiring power.
Sin related insult of great national heroes: A program was held to celebrate centenary of formation of the Congress Party in the year 1985. A 350 pages book edited by Dr. Rafiq Zakaria was released on the occasion glorifying the Party. There was an article on cruel Akbar praising his regime; but there was no mention of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in this book.
Sin related to appeasement of minorities: The National Minority Commission took note of attack on Christians in Orissa; but paid no heed to conversion of and attacks on Hindus.
Fanatic Congress (Indian Muslim League) Government squanders billions of rupees of Hindus on madarasas,Urdu newspapers, news agencies and TV channels to encourage ‘Urdu’ language which is spoken only by Muslims; but treats ‘Sanskrut’ as a lifeless language.
1. The Congress-led Government at the Centre has provided Rs. 543 crores till the year 2013 for encouraging Urdu TV as it is a language of Muslims. Hindus are in majority in India and pay taxes to the Government; but this money is used by the Congress Government on mosques, madarasas, Haj pilgrimage and now to encourage Urdu language.
2. The Central and State Governments have been already giving financial aid to Urdu periodicals.
3. The Government pays from its coffers, major part of the expenses incurred on the news agencies run by Urdu periodicals.
4. The Uttar Pradesh State Government established ‘Azamgad Urdu University’ for propagation of Urdu language, about a year and a half ago, from the Government coffers.

Sin committed with regard to suppression of Hindus: The Congress Government took decision against ‘Vande Mataram’ to be the national song because there is praise of Goddess Maa Durga.
Sin committed with regard to suppression of Hindus: Renovation of Somnath Temple was undertaken with the initiative of the then Central Home Minister Vallabhbhai Patel. Nehru issued an order that the President Dr. Rajendra Prasad should not attend the program held in that respect.
Sin committed with regard to distortion history: National Committee for Educational Research and Training (NCERT), which is under the control of the Central Government, has referred revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev etc.as terrorists in its text books.
National Committee for Educational Research and Training (NCERT) under control of the Central Government has devoted 60 pages to the cruel Mughal invaders in the history text book of 7th standard and inimitable mission accomplished by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj has been mentioned in just six lines. There is no picture of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj published along with the information on him.
Sin with regard to suppression of true glorious history of great national heroes!: The then Congress Government issued an order that ‘The lesson on Afzal Khan should not be taught in Mumbai State.’ With such order, the Congress showed that they were more concerned about cruel Afzal Khan than Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and the same tradition is being carried on even now by the Congress.
Sin with regard to not taking prompt action against terrorism and let it spread everywhere in the country !: In the year 1983, movement against infiltration was going on in Assam when the then Congress Prime Minister Indira Gandhi implemented I.M.D.T (Illegal Migrants Determination Tribunal) Act. After implementation of this Act, it became the responsibility of the complainant patriotic citizen to prove the non-citizenship of the suspect. The Act turned the lawful complainant citizen into an accused; this was the extremity of power-hungry Congress’ politics to play with the security of this country.

The High Court asked for an explanation from the Central Government and Delhi Administration in this context; but the power-hungry Congress Government insulted even the High Court!
Sin with regard to suppression of Indian languages: The Sachhar Committee, formed to take the country to dooms, recommended in the year 2006 that Urdu language should be extended encouragement and support; after which the Congress-led Central Government provided Rs.550 crores to Urdu TV channels for the next 5 years. The periodicals in Urdu and news agencies are already receiving financial grants from the Central and State governments. In the year 2005, ‘Azamgad Urdu University’ was established out of the Government money. It is an unpardonable crime of the fanatic Congress Government to splurge crores of rupees of Hindus on madarasas, Urdu newspapers, news houses and TV channels to encourage Urdu.
Sin with regard to suppression of Indian languages: The Congress regime, which has been in power for longest period since independence, made its first attack on Hindu culture by neglecting the ‘Sattvik Dev-bhasha Sanskrut’. Then it criticized the Holy Scriptures in ‘Sanskrut’, branded them as they belonged to only Brahmins and tried to denigrate and ridicule them by burning the scriptures. The Congress Government is now trying to eliminate even Marathi language which is the next ‘Sattvik’ language after ‘Sanskrut’ by forcing education in English medium, on the citizens. The Congress regime, thus, not only smothered the ‘Sanskrut’ language, Holy Scriptures and Marathi language but also took out the life from them.

Sin with regard to suppression of Indian languages : ‘Hindi’ cannot be called as ‘National language’ despite 63 years of independence due to the ‘Anglicized’ policies of the Congress Government because in the Government judiciary and administrative fields, English is the main spoken language. English language controls even the fields like higher education, science and technology. The Congress promoted use of English language in all fields and has pushed citizens in permanent mental bondage.

Sin with regard to harm caused to society: Congress has enjoyed power in this country for more than 50 years but 26 % of the population is still living below the poverty line and 40% of the population remains starved; farmers are not happy. Sin with regard to harm caused to society: The Congress Government, which gave water of the ‘Five Rivers’ to Pakistan for free, created water problem in this country. The main cities in India, where population is more than a million, get water only for few hours whereas at some places, no water is provided. People have to fight for water and at some places, there is fight over getting water. This observation has been made by the United Nations in their report pointing a finger at the indifference of the Congress Government.

Sin with regard to population: During the discussions held in the year 1951 on the national development plan, J. R. D. Tata had insisted that the population of the country should be kept under control. He even warned Nehru that the success achieved on all fronts like food, clothing, housing, education, employment and health would be wiped out by increasing population. On which Nehru had immediately said, “How can you say such thing? Population is our strength!” There has been no change in the mentality of the Congress even today and the population has been alarmingly increasing.

Sin with regard to population: The Supreme Court directed the Government to form a policy for family planning; but none of the vote-hungry parties took any step towards the same. In the year 1977, Congress lost the elections after implementing the family planning policy for one year. Sin leading to degeneration of democracy: During its regime of 60 years, Congress inspired awe about Nehru family in improper manner. Even today, we see in many plays or TV serials, a photograph of Nehru or Indira Gandhi is displayed whenever there is a scene of police station. Many new schemes are named after members of the Nehru family, e.g. Maharashtra Government’s ‘Rajiv Gandhi Gatimanata Abhiyan’, ‘Sanjay Gandhi Niradhara Yojana’ etc. Are there no great personalities in this country other than Gandhi–Nehru?

The dissident movement thrived in Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland where Christians are in majority as also in Assam where Muslims are in majority. The Congress Government led by Rajiv Gandhi declared in its election manifesto that ‘Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Mizoram’ will be governed as per the philosophy of Bible and not only nurtured the dissidence but Rajiv Gandhi also declared that ‘the demand to have independent State as ‘Gurkhaland’ was not anti-national’, only to secure votes of Bengal and supported such dissidence even there.

During the war with China, the Minister for Defence in Nehru Government took corruption to a new height. ‘Corruption exists everywhere in the world’ was the statement made by Indira Gandhi giving it political patronage. It is a known fact that the period of emergency i.e. ‘the regime of Sanjay Gandhi’, corruption was at its peak. Rajiv Gandhi had to resign from the post of prime minister for his involvement in Bofors scam; while crores of rupees were offered by Narasimh Rao to the MPs of ZMM to remain in power. Congressmen taught Hindus that ‘Welfare of castes is more important than the welfare of the country’. The adverse effect of the said policy is that every community insists for inclusion of their caste in the Backward class Schedule. It has been 50 years since reservation policy came into effect. During this period of 50 years, none of the communities have declared that they do not want facility of reservation as they have now progressed. The country was divided into various castes and the progress of the country was also stalled.
Sin committed by Congress doing extreme injustice to Hindus: On the authorized website of the Central Government, the Congress Government had sent 16 greetings for Christians on the occasion of Christmas and New Year and 9 greetings for Muslims on the occasion of ‘Idd’; but not a single greetings was sent to Hindus during their festivals although they celebrate many festivals and are majority in this country.

Sin committed by Congress doing extreme injustice to Hindus: Temples have the freedom to use their funds for religious activities; but the Congress Government started the practice of taking over management of the temples and using the funds for welfare of Muslims and Christians. The Congress Government appointed Abdul Rehman Antulay as a trustee on Siddhivinayak Temple after taking over its management. Will any Hindu be appointed a trustee on a mosque or a madarasa or a church?

Gandhi did not believe in ‘Dasharathi’ Rama as Hindus are under such impression; but he used to say that ‘Rama, who was the son of Dasharath – referred to as the King of Ayodhya – is not my Rama. I do not know whether Rama as perceived by me, existed on this earth.’ The same sordidness is imbibed in the Congress Government at the Centre which says, ‘We have nothing to do with Rama’ and therefore, the Congress committed the sin of stating in the Court on oath, in the year 2007 that ‘Rama is an imaginary character’.People have to suffer for these sins as they elect such anti-national, anti-Dharma parties.
Sin committed by Congress doing extreme injustice to Hindus: Somnath Temple was re-constructed only due to the efforts of Vallabhbhai Patel and Dr. Rajendraprasad after independence. Nehru issued a ‘futwa’ that Dr. Rajendra Prasad should not attend the program related to re-construction of the temple. Kashi and Mathura pilgrimage places are not fully accessible to Hindus even today. We cannot construct Ram-mandir at Ayodhya, in the way we want, even today. In the year 1949, after independence, Congress put Sreeram, under lock and key, at Ayodhya. In the year 1992, Hindus destroyed the ‘memorial’ of Babar; but Congress did not give up its attempts and at the first opportunity, started creating obstacles in construction of big ‘Ram-mandir’ at the birth-place of Sreeram.
Sin committed by Congress doing extreme injustice to Hindus: Gandhi opposed the decision taken by the Central Ministry to restore Somnath Temple in Gujarat with the Government funds; but in the year 1948, he pressurized Nehru and Sardar Patel to repair mosques in this country from the exchequer of Delhi Government.
Sin committed by Congress going to extreme in appeasing non– Hindus: Christians converting Hindus in Kandhamal were promised protection by the Congress Government. The Congress, which never extended any grant for Hindu pilgrimages, declared grant for Christians for their pilgrimage to Jerusalem like for ‘Haj’ to Muslims.
Sin committed by Congress in going to extreme in appeasing non – Hindus: In India, where Hindus are in majority, many pro-Hindus have been arrested for trivial reasons on number of occasions. In independent India, devout Hindu Swatantryaveer Savarkar was arrested by Nehru on two occasions. The highest ‘Dharmaguru’ of Hindus, Shankaracharya was arrested in a very insulting manner during Diwali under some so-called allegation and was sent to prison; but the Congress has never dared to arrest ‘Shahi Imam’ Ahmad Bukhari of ‘Jama Masjid’ who had supported partition of India and has many offences registered against his name.
Sin committed by Congress in going to extreme in appeasing non – Hindus: Instead of stringently punishing painter M F Husain for drawing nude and indecent paintings of Bharatmata and Hindu Deities to hurt religious sentiments of patriotic Hindus, he was felicitated with ‘Padma’ awards referring him as ‘pride’ of India. This led to his becoming insolent to commit one more sin by drawing an offensive painting wherein he has shown ‘Bharatmata’ being raped
Sin committed by Congress in going to extreme in appeasing non – Hindus: The number of Muslims involved in crime is more. Muslim community is involved in various illegal activities in this country, e.g. stashing arms, to trouble Hindus and start rioting, to burn houses of Hindus, to tease Hindu women and to slaughter cows etc; but the vote - greedy pro-Muslim Congress Government does not take any action against Muslims; as such they are becoming more insolent day by day.

Pakistan Court had, in fact, ordered a ban on extending such facilities to the ‘Haj’ pilgrims; even then the demon of Haj grants was created by the then Congress Prime Minister P. V. Narasimha Rao and the tradition of wasting millions of rupees on Muslims was started. The Congress Government that grants concessions to the ‘Haj’ pilgrims, recovers tax from Hindu pilgrims going on various pilgrimages like Amaranath, Shabrimalai and Kailas Mansarovar which is an unpardonable crime of the Congress!
Sin committed by Congress in going to extreme in appeasing non – Hindus: It can be observed when we take a review of the past 62 years of the Congress regime, that the Congress rulers have crossed all the limits of appeasement of Muslims. The Mughal kings seem to have taken re-birth in India in the form of Congressmen; else why would they have so much of love for the Muslims? Gandhi’s Congress pampered ‘Khilafat Movement’ taking them in lap! Nehru- Indira - Rajiv’s Congress took them in their arms! Sonia – Manmohan Singh’s Congress has taken them on their shoulders through the report of Sacchar Committeee and making a statement that ‘Muslims have the first right to this Nation’! Hindus must now become alert before the Congress takes Muslims on its head !
Sin committed by Congress in going to extreme in appeasing non – Hindus: ‘A drunkard knows that drinking is harmful; but he is so much addicted to it that it is difficult for him to give it up. Likewise, even after partition, the Congress did not feel that change needs to be brought in the manner of bringing Hindu – Muslims together. The Congress has sustained for the last 63 years by creating an atmosphere that even in independent India injustice is meted out to Muslims in various manner and for which stubbornness of Hindus is responsible !’
Sin committed by Congress in going to extreme in appeasing non – Hindus: Before and after partition, the Muslims had complete freedom to riot during 63 years of the Congress regime. The right to fight back was taken away from Hindus. Since it is the principle of Muslims to spread Islam through the riots, they start rioting and Congress does not stop them. During the ‘Mopla Revolt’ and terrible riots by Muslims before and after partition, the Congress turned Muslims into demons and Hindus as their prey. It was and is the policy of the Congress that ‘Muslims are staunch followers of their religion and they act as per the guidance of ‘Quran’; therefore, if they riot, we must forgive them!’

He was imprisoned for more than a year under the accusation of killing of Gandhi. In the year 1950 when Nehru and Pakistani Prime Minister Liyaqat Ali were to meet in Delhi, Congress kept Savarkar in Belgaum jail for more than 100 days although Savarkar was 68 years and sick in Mumbai. This suppression was not only of Swa. Savarkar but of all Hindus.

This percentage became 35:65 owing to the efforts of Swa. Savarkar. Therefore, after India became independent when Pakistan immediately attacked India, this army helped to fight against Pakistan. Swa. Savarkar was, however, picked on for encouraging Hindus to join army by calling him ‘British Agent’ and ‘Recruit-veer’

Netaji was the President of the Congress but Gandhi- Nehru ousted him. Subhash Chandra Bose tried to enter India with his ‘Azad Hind Army’ built with the help of Japan when Nehru said, “If Subhash put his foot on the Indian soil with his army, I will be the first one to stand against him with a sword in my hand.”
Sins committed by Congress exhibiting its hatred towards great national heroes: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj slew Afzal Khan at the foot of Pratapgad on 10th November 1659. Every year ‘Shivpratap Day’ is celebrated by Satara District Administration to commemorate the incident but the government guests do not refer to the historic event of slaying of Afzal Khan and do not allow display of the picture on Pratapgad depicting the event on this occasion. Not only that but the Congress Government has now decided that displaying this picture of Afzal Khan any where will be treated as an offence. Considering the downfall of the Congress, it is likely that in future, it may label Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj as an offender for killing Afzal Khan and instead of celebrating ‘Shivpratap Day’, may celebrate birth anniversary of Afzal Khan.

Even the photographs of the great sons of this country like Netaji Subhashchandra Bose, Veer Savarkar, Chandrashekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev etc. who sacrificed their life for Bharatmata had no place in any of the Government offices.

It was possible for Gandhi’s Congress to get the sentence cancelled; but no efforts were made in that direction.
Sins committed by Congress while passing various laws: The Congress Government neglected the tribal people living in inaccessible remote areas and did not take care of their basic requirements like food, clothing and shelter. They were converted by the Christian missionaries using strength, by harassment, scheming and luring them. 8,00,000 Hindus are getting converted every year. The Congress Government did not pass a law prohibiting conversions although Hindus made repeated demand to prevent such conversions. In fact to facilitate the Christian missionaries to spread their religion, the Congress added controversial word viz. ‘propagation’ in the Indian Constitution.
Saints and religious leaders demanding ban on cow-slaughter were beaten up by Nehru: Nehru Government arrested Karpatreswami in connection with agitations against cow-slaughter and put hundreds of agitating volunteers behind bar. Many saints and religious leaders who were sitting outside the bungalow of Nehru observing hunger strike in connection with ban on cow-slaughter, were pulled with their hair and kicked and thrown on the road by Pundit Nehru and his sister Vijayalakshmi. During Nehru Government, Shankaracharya Niranjan Dev Teertha of Jagannathpuri, Shankaracharya Swarupanand of Jyotirmath and Prabhudatta Brahmachari were suddenly arrested without giving them any notice.
Congress that built abattoirs instead of passing law prohibiting cow-slaughter: During the regime of Indira Gandhi as the Prime Minister, Shankaracharya Niranjan Dev Teertha of Jagannathpuri went on hunger strike. His hunger strike continued for 54 days which had enraged the whole nation. Indira Gandhi promised to pass an Act banning cow-slaughter and the Government set up a committee appointing Shankaracharya Niranjan Dev Teertha of Jagannathpuri and other Hindu representatives on this committee. Three meetings were held and it seemed to the citizens that steps were being taken for bringing ban on cow-slaughter; but all of a sudden, shrewd Indira Gandhi cancelled the committee thus packing up the proposal of ban on cow-slaughter. On the contrary, Indira Gandhi’s Congress Government extended assistance to build abattoir at Deonar for cow-slaughter and passed the plans to build two more abattoirs in Hindustan.
Sins committed by Congress while enacting various laws: In 1954, Jawaharlal Nehru had said that ‘Time has not yet come to pass equal civic rights Act’. More than 46 years have passed since Nehru making such statement; but none of the parties’ including the Congress government, has taken steps to pass this Act. The Supreme Court had directed the then Narasimha Rao Government on 10.5.1995 to pass equal civic rights Act in this country. Despite the orders of the Supreme Court, the power-hungry Congress and other parties’ governments did not pass such Act to appease Muslims. If wearing uniform is made compulsory for all school children, why should there not be an uniform law for all citizens?
Sins committed by Congress while enacting various laws: In the year 1955, a very unlawful and sinful Act was passed under the title ‘Hindu Code Bill’. Although there was not an iota of correlation between Hinduism and this Act, Nehru named it as Hindu. One of the MPs, Smt. Subhadra Joshi passed very shocking comments in support of the said notorious Act during the discussions that ‘Hindu marriage is like a prostitution trade.’ Since under the guidance of Nehru, everyone in Congress had undergone degeneration, nobody even protested against such comments.
Sins committed by Congress during various wars: In the war fought in the year 1971, India created Bangladesh at the cost of sacrificing 4000 soldiers; but Indira Gandhi was deceived by the ‘Shimla Agreement’. Congress Government lost the golden opportunity of to solve Kashmir problem. India returned 93000 prisoners of war to Pakistan so also land won in the war; but Pakistan has not returned India’s 100 prisoners of war even now. They are still rotting in the Pakistani jails. None of the Congress Governments has so far made any effort towards their release.
Sins committed by Congress during the period of assassination of Gandhi: In the war against Pakistan fought in the year 1965 on the issue of ‘Kaccha Desert’, India had won 5000 sq. kms. of land sacrificing 3200 of her soldiers; but the Congress Government returned the same to Pakistan by entering into ‘Tashkent Agreement’.
Sins committed by Congress in different wars fought so far: Nehru, who used to be busy in daydreaming, gave a call of ‘Hindi – Chini Bhai Bhai’ although China was an enemy of India and China, back-stabbing India, wedged a war against India!
In Indo-China war fought in the year 1962, Around 3200 Indian soldiers died and China grabbed nearly 100000 sq. kms. of Indian land which is still under its control.
Sins committed by Congress with reference to Kashmir: Jammu-Kashmir (J & K) has population of ten millions and get aid of Rs.2400 millions i.e. Rs.24000/- per head; but the aid given to other States is not even 5% of what is given to J&K. The assistance provided to J &K by the Central Government is 7-10% more than what other States receive because there are Muslims in majority in that State. The Congress Government is pouring money in J & K and in a way levying a type of ‘Jizia’ tax on Hindus as it is the money paid by Hindus by way of taxes on their earnings after putting lot of hard work.
Sins committed by Congress with reference to Kashmir: Congress Government started bus service from Srinagar to Muzaffarbad but the terrorists blew up 18 government offices to register their protest. The Central Government and the State Government of Jammu and Kashmir, however, kept mum in the matter.
Sins committed by Congress with reference to Kashmir: The Congress Government did not provide protection to Kashmiri Hindus in the year 1990 when the Muslim fanaticism had crossed all the limits; as a result, 400000 Kashmiri Hindus had to leave their own land. Their apple orchards, farms where they used to grow ‘Basmati’ rice, their houses and shops have been grabbed by Muslims and the Congress Government has not given any compensation to them so far. These 400000 Hindus are now leading life of a refugee in their own country and have been facing lot of hardships. In the refugee camps erected for them 20 years back, no electricity, water, cleanliness, facility to get education or avenue to earn own living have been provided by governments of any of the parties. In fact, Kashmiri Hindus have not been rehabilitated in Kashmir even after all these years.
Sins committed by Congress with reference to Kashmir: The article 370 initially adopted on temporary basis for Jammu and Kashmir was made permanent by the power-hungry Congress instead of discarding the same after some time. This article was made applicable to even States like Nagaland, Mizoram and few other States. Kashmir is an integral part of India but even the President of India cannot buy any property in Kashmir. What kind of integration is this? Kashmir is a place where Muslims are in majority and therefore, the Congress has made such special Constitutional provision.
Sins committed by Congress with reference to Kashmir: Congress did not defend Kashmir from Pakistani militants and raised question of Kashmir in United Nations. It gifted one third of Kashmir to Pakistan and made another partition of India after partition of 1947.
Sins committed by Congress with relation to Kashmir ! : Just approximately 3 months after the creation of Pakistan, Pakistan attacks Kashmir with all its military might. Hari Singh, the King of Kashmir requests Nehru for help. Nehru put forth a precondition namely ‘If you hand over the reins of Kashmir to Sheikh Abdullah, only then I will provide help.’ Before the Indian army which had gone to help in securing Kashmir, could secure Kashmir fully Nehru orders the army to stop all operations. Nehru himself handed over a large part of Kashmir to Pakistan and handed over Kashmir, a Hindu kingdom, to Abdullah in order to please Muslims. The wound inflicted on Kashmir has been kept bleeding continuously. King Hari Singh did not get even a single penny from Nehru !
Sins committed by Congress in the aftermath of Gandhi’s killing ! : In relation to Gandhi killing, on the instructions of Nehru, Sarsanchalak Pujya Golvalkar Guruji was imprisoned without any reason for 18 months. In relation to Gandhi killing Nehru banned Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for 18 months and arrested seventeen thousand swayamsevaks and subjected them to torture. All over the country there were demonstrations against this injustice; on the instructions from Nehru the police severely lathi charged and beat thousands of swayamsevaks. A number of swayamsevaks died as a result of this police action. To explain the non-involvement of RSS and its explanation Pujya Golvalkar Guruji requested a meeting with Nehru repeatedly. All requests were always denied and Pujya Guruji was repeatedly insulted !
Sins committed by Congress in the aftermath of Gandhi’s killing ! : Veer Savarkar, who devoted his life to gain independence and who suffered a punishment in the Black waters of Andaman, was forcibly imprisoned for one year by the government led by Nehru after accusing him of being involved in the assassination of Gandhi. The Nehru government said in court that Veer Savarkar was either responsible for the assassination of Gandhi or he had full knowledge of this act forehand. Even after such accusations, the court decided and declared that Veer Savarkar was not involved in the assassination of Gandhi and set him free. Unfortunately even today Congressmen object to the release of Veer Savarkar from the case related to Gandhi’s assassination and talk suspiciously; is this not Contempt of Court ?
Sins committed by Congress in the aftermath of Gandhi’s killing ! : ‘Killing of innocent Brahmins after the death of Gandhi, killing of Sikhs after the death of Indira Gandhi, these killings were carried out on the suggestions of Congress leaders!’
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: The freedom fight of Goa was going on even before the year 1947; but Congress did not pay attention. Nehru said that Goa was a pimple on the cheek of India. Once India gets freedom, it would not take much time to squash that pimple. The Portuguese Government used to oppress the contingents of agitators being sent by India since the year 1954 even then the Congress in power at the Centre remained indifferent. Finally on 19th September 1961, Goa was freed through an army revolution. The Congress made the Indians wait for 14 years for squashing the pimple of Goa as said by Nehru and unnecessarily increased bondage of Goans.
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: After partition, Congress conferred higher posts to those Muslims who were loyal to Pakistan. The former Governor of Maharashtra Ali Yavar Jung was an advocate of Nizam, his loyalty was with Nizam and he was given the post of Governor of Maharashtra! Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad was the first Education Minister of India who returned to India with a dream of ‘Pan Islam’ from Arab countries. He wanted all of Bharat to become Pakistan and therefore, he was against creation of Pakistan. Barrister Asaf Ali was made an ambassador in USA who wrote wrong address and sent the shipment of weapons to Karachi, Pakistan. It was Indian money, Indian ambassador, sending weapons to Pakistan i.e. loyalty to Pakistan. How terrible was all these things?
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: Muslims do not address the land of this country as ‘mother’ and in the song ‘Vande Mataram’, tribute is paid to Goddess Durga; therefore, the Congress Government decided that ‘Vande Mataram’ would not be our the national song. The Congress omitted the praise of Goddess Durga from the song giving it the status of second national song and the song praising the British King as India’s ‘Adhinayak and Bhagyavidhata’ i.e. ‘Jan Gan Man’ became the national song!
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: In ‘Chittagong Hill Tract (CHT)’ comprising of 13000 sq. km. area in Bengal, 98% of the people were Buddhists, Hindus and Christians.
In the year 1947, those people opted to remain with Hindustan. On 16.8.1947, the Partition Officer Radcliffe declared that the said part was allocated to Pakistan without discussing the matter with the local leaders and without giving any reasons. Indian leaders did not object to even this decision. On 20.8.1947, Pakistan sent its army and quashed the opposition.
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: In the Tharparkar District in Sindh, 94% of the population was Hindu. There, the Partition Officer Radcliffe said that partition of the country could not be done as per the districts; but the demand to mark ‘Silhet’ under Pakistan was immediately agreed to although the Muslims in the area were 51%. The Congress leaders raised no objection against these decisions.
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: 25% of the population of Lahore was Muslim. When Hindus objected to this decision, Radcliffe, the ‘Partition Officer’ asked, “How can Hindustan be given both the cities viz. Kolkata and Lahore?” 38% of land of Punjab was given to 45 % of Hindus (that included even Sikhs) and 62% land was given to 55% of Muslims. The Congress, however, raised no objection to this decision.
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: Without taking consent of Hindus, Congress committed the sin of creating Pakistan dividing (in fact, making 3 parts) of India and ascended the throne of power.
Sins committed by Congress before Partition: Congress did grave injustice to Hindus living in Pakistan by deciding about partition of this country. Hindus owned 90% of the land in Pakistan. In cities like Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshavar, Rawalpindi, Quetta, Layalpur etc., affluent Hindus had hundreds of palatial houses, lending business, shops, mills, charitable organizations, hospitals, schools, and colleges etc. Punjab University in Lahore was built on 5000 acres of land belonging to a rich Hindu named Gangaram. There was a hospital known as Sir Gangaram Hospital there. The property owned by this family in Lahore was worth 500 millions of rupees. The famous markets like Raja Bazar in Peshawar, Anarkali in Lahore, Saddar in Karachi, Sindh Bazar in Hyderabad, Punjab Bazar in Multan, Hindumal Bazar in Quetta had 95% of shops owned by Hindus. Today, there is not a single Hindu shop. All the jute mills and rice mills in Bangladesh were owned by Hindus. There too, today nothing belongs to Hindus.
Sins committed by Congress before Partition: River Sindhu, on the banks of which our culture flourished, where our sages recited ‘Vedrhucha’, was taken away from us due to partition of this country by the Congress. The River Ganga which is always hailed in all our religious ceremonies, one-fifth part of such River went to East Pakistan (Bangla Desh); even River Brahmaputra, that meets River Ganga, became unhappy as she had to flow through Bangla Desh. The birth place of Panini who wrote the grammar of Sanskrut, the language of Gods, ‘Nankana’, the birth place of Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikh Sect, went to Pakistan. Lahore, the place established by Luv, the son of Prabhu Ramchandra, city Dhaka which got its name from the Goddess Dhakeshwari, all these too went to Pakistan !
Sins committed by Congress before Partition: The number of people who died due to the decision of partition taken by the Congress was much higher than the people killed by dictators. The homeless Hindus from Pakistan were not given any protection by the Congress Government, therefore, nearly a million Hindus were killed and fifteen million Hindus became homeless. A train full of Hindu refugees started from Rawalpindi station to come to Delhi; but just after it left the station, Muslim butchers stopped the train, opened every compartment and methodically started destruction. They did not feel anything to pull a child from its mother’s lap or a sister clinging to her brother. They ripped off the legs of small children and banged them; this action was the extremity of brutality. Young girls were dragged out and their legs were tied, one’s left leg and another’s right leg, so that they did not run away. The Hindu women who were abducted till 15th August, were later disrobed and taken out in a procession. Owing to the indifference and inaction of the Congress Government, only in Lahore, there were 900 women, who were disrobed and taken out in a procession by the Muslim beasts.
Sins committed by Congress before Partition: Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar writes in his book titled ‘Pakistan vishayiche vichar (Thoughts about Pakistan)’, ‘If the partition of the country is to be accepted, it should be accepted on the pre-condition of exchange of Hindu – Muslim citizens.’ His invaluable and basic advice was, however, discarded by Nehru’s Congress Government. He declared ‘Bharat’ as a secular country instead of giving it the status of a Hindu Nation. As such, ‘Bharat’ came to be known as the country of mainly followers of 3 religions i.e. Hindu, Muslims and Christians although Hindus were in majority.
Sins committed by Congress at the time of Partition: Congressmen never waged a war for freedom. Even before partition, Congress leaders were busy in appeasement of Muslims and groveling before the British. They committed the sin of dividing ‘Bharatkhand’ in two (actually 3) parts by creating Pakistan and grabbed the power. On 15.8.1947, only the Congress was celebrating festival of freedom. Everywhere, there were heaps of dead bodies; but the Congress was portraying to the whole nation that they had acquired freedom with their non-violence movement.
Offences of Congress before partition: On 16th August 1946, Muslim League started oppression of Hindus by undertaking an ‘Action Plan’ at Naukhali in Bengal for creation of Pakistan. The Congress Government led by Nehru did nothing to stop the oppression. In retaliation to the dreadful incidents taking place in Bengal, Hindus from Bihar started destruction of Muslims in number of villages. As Muslims stood at the receiving end, Gandhi talked to Nehru over phone. Nehru rushed to Bihar and threatened to bomb the Hindu areas. He deployed army to protect Muslims !
Offences of Congress before partition: During the conference held by the Muslim League at Lahore in 1940, a resolution was passed demanding Pakistan. The Congress never realized the ambition of separate power of Muslims and it committed unpardonable sin of partition of ‘Bharatmata’. During the general election of 1945, Congress promised that there would be no partition; but it did not keep its promise. Offences of Congress before partition: Barrister Jina complained to the Congress that singing of the national song ‘Vande Mataram’ insulted Muslims and hoisting the ‘tri-colour’ flag of Congress at public places hurt their religious sentiments. The complaint was immediately taken note of by Gandhi and the Congress Working Committee instructed all the regional Committees to ban display of both the things at public places as advised by Gandhi.
Offences of Congress before partition: Congress had boycotted the census of 1931 and 1941 as there used to be a noting of ‘caste’ in the same. The scheming Muslims took advantage of the situation. At the time of partition, the British earmarked border of the two countries based on the population of Hindus and Muslims as per those censuses and allocated more land to Pakistan !
Offences of Congress before partition: A convention was held by the Congress at Lahore, in the year 1929, under the presidency of Nehru. That was the first time, the Congress passed a resolution, for complete freedom of Hindustan. During the first 20 years of its formation, the Congress, that was afraid to even utter the word ‘freedom’ in front of the British, slowly started demanding colonial self-government. It took 45 years for Congress to demand complete freedom for ‘Bharat’ since its inception. Such lack of prudence on the part of Congress led to delay of 50 years in acquiring freedom for the country.
Offences of Congress before partition: From August 1921, the ‘Moplas’ started attacking Hindus in Malabar, Kerala, who were unprepared because of the Congress’ ‘Khilafat’ movement. Hundreds of Hindus were killed, Hindu women were raped even during day time and hundreds of houses were burning for days together. There is no count of the Hindus who were circumcised. Hindus were in no position to retaliate due to Gandhi’s false idea of Hindu-Muslim unity. These atrocities against Hindus went on for 4 months but Congress and Gandhi said “‘Moplas’ acted as per their religion; ‘Moplas’ are valiant” and completely ignored oppressed Hindus!
Offences of Congress before partition: Owing to the sermons given by the Congress, Hindus got in the habit of being under intimidation of those who refused to bow before ‘Bharatmata’, those who called worshippers of idols of Sree Ram and Sree Krushna as ‘kafirs’, those who used to treat Hindu women as a thing for taking advantage of and those who troubled ‘Gou-mata’. At the time of partition, those who asked Hindus to retaliate against Muslims were termed as maniacs by the Congress. Only the Congress is responsible for committing one of the highest sins of creating such collective impotency among Hindus !
Offences of Congress before partition: In the year 1919, the Muslims from Hindustan started ‘Khilafat’ movement to enthrone the Khalifa of Turkstan who was deposed by the British after the First World War. The Congress, with Gandhi as its President, took part in that movement although it was in no way connected to the freedom fight of ‘Bharat’ and therefore, the demon of fanatic Muslims bottled by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was let lose once again in Indian politics.
Offences of Congress before partition: Mr. Alan Hume, a British officer took intiative in establishing ‘Anti-revolutionaries’ Congress Party on 28th December 1884 by discussing with various leaders from different places who were loyal to the British to implement a preventive measure that would not once again make any Indian think about armed revolution and a war similar to the freedom fight of 1857 was not waged in future. Please remember that the reason for Congress hating revolutionaries is in its establishment that took place 125 years ago !

Sin related to appeasement of separatist Muslims: The pro-Muslim Congress rulers at the Centre, who are trying to appease anti-national separatists from Jammu and Kashmir for the past two decades instead of taking stringent action against them and trying to hold discussions for peace with them, are in fact, taking this country to further partition.
Sin related to being indifferent to Hindus owing to love for Muslims: In the year 1947 when Pakistan was created after partition, there were 300 Hindu temples in Pakistan. Nehru issued a ‘futwa’ that Dr. Rajendra Prasad should not attend the program related to re-construction of the temple. Kashi and Mathura pilgrimage places are not fully accessible to Hindus even today. We cannot construct Ram-mandir at Ayodhya, in the way we want, even today. In the year 1949, after independence, Congress put Sreeram, under lock and key, at Ayodhya. In the year 1992, Hindus destroyed the ‘memorial’ of Babar; but Congress did not give up its attempts and at the first opportunity, started creating obstacles in construction of big ‘Ram-mandir’ at the birth-place of Sreeram.

In the year 1950 when Nehru and Pakistani Prime Minister Liyaqat Ali were to meet in Delhi, Congress kept Savarkar in Belgaum jail for more than 100 days although Savarkar was 68 years and sick in Mumbai. This suppression was not only of Swa. Savarkar but of all Hindus.
Sins committed by Congress exhibiting its hatred towards revolutionaries and great national heroes: After the second world war began, within 2-3 years, 4 to 5 lakhs of Hindu young men joined the army due to the efforts put in by Swatantryaveer Savarkar; before which the percentage of Muslims and Hindus in the British Army was 65:35. This percentage became 35:65 owing to the efforts of Swa. Savarkar. Therefore, after India became independent when Pakistan immediately attacked India, this army helped to fight against Pakistan. Swa. Savarkar was, however, picked on for encouraging Hindus to join army by calling him ‘British Agent’ and ‘Recruit-veer’
Sins committed by Congress exhibiting its hatred towards revolutionaries and great national heroes: Gandhi and Nehru’s Congress always hated intense patriot Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Netaji was the President of the Congress but Gandhi- Nehru ousted him. Subhash Chandra Bose tried to enter India with his ‘Azad Hind Army’ built with the help of Japan when Nehru said, “If Subhash put his foot on the Indian soil with his army, I will be the first one to stand against him with a sword in my hand.”
Sins committed by Congress exhibiting its hatred towards great national heroes: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj slew Afzal Khan at the foot of Pratapgad on 10th November 1659. Every year ‘Shivpratap Day’ is celebrated by Satara District Administration to commemorate the incident but the government guests do not refer to the historic event of slaying of Afzal Khan and do not allow display of the picture on Pratapgad depicting the event on this occasion. Not only that but the Congress Government has now decided that displaying this picture of Afzal Khan any where will be treated as an offence. Considering the downfall of the Congress, it is likely that in future, it may label Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj as an offender for killing Afzal Khan and instead of celebrating ‘Shivpratap Day’, may celebrate birth anniversary of Afzal Khan.
Sins committed by Congress exhibiting its hatred towards revolutionaries and great national heroes: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj who squashed 5 emperors to establish ‘Hindvi Swaraj’ and revive Hindu Dharma was scorned by Gandhi by calling him as ‘a patriot who had lost his way’ and by Nehru as ‘a dacoit’.
Sins committed by Congress exhibiting its hatred towards revolutionaries and great national heroes: During the regime of Pundit Nehru, no recognition was given to the great sons of this land who sacrificed their life in freedom fight; their life history was not included in education field nor were their photographs or memorials were offered due honour. Even the photographs of the great sons of this country like Netaji Subhashchandra Bose, Veer Savarkar, Chandrashekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev etc. who sacrificed their life for Bharatmata had no place in any of the Government offices.
Sins committed by Congress exhibiting its hatred towards revolutionaries and great national heroes: The great revolutionaries like Sardar Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev who adopted the path of ‘armed revolt’ raising slogan of ‘Inquilab Zindabad’ were sentenced to death by the British. It was possible for Gandhi’s Congress to get the sentence cancelled; but no efforts were made in that direction.
Sins committed by Congress while passing various laws: The Congress Government neglected the tribal people living in inaccessible remote areas and did not take care of their basic requirements like food, clothing and shelter. They were converted by the Christian missionaries using strength, by harassment, scheming and luring them. 8,00,000 Hindus are getting converted every year. The Congress Government did not pass a law prohibiting conversions although Hindus made repeated demand to prevent such conversions. In fact to facilitate the Christian missionaries to spread their religion, the Congress added controversial word viz. ‘propagation’ in the Indian Constitution.
Saints and religious leaders demanding ban on cow-slaughter were beaten up by Nehru: Nehru Government arrested Karpatreswami in connection with agitations against cow-slaughter and put hundreds of agitating volunteers behind bar. Many saints and religious leaders who were sitting outside the bungalow of Nehru observing hunger strike in connection with ban on cow-slaughter, were pulled with their hair and kicked and thrown on the road by Pundit Nehru and his sister Vijayalakshmi. During Nehru Government, Shankaracharya Niranjan Dev Teertha of Jagannathpuri, Shankaracharya Swarupanand of Jyotirmath and Prabhudatta Brahmachari were suddenly arrested without giving them any notice.
Congress that built abattoirs instead of passing law prohibiting cow-slaughter: During the regime of Indira Gandhi as the Prime Minister, Shankaracharya Niranjan Dev Teertha of Jagannathpuri went on hunger strike. His hunger strike continued for 54 days which had enraged the whole nation. Indira Gandhi promised to pass an Act banning cow-slaughter and the Government set up a committee appointing Shankaracharya Niranjan Dev Teertha of Jagannathpuri and other Hindu representatives on this committee. Three meetings were held and it seemed to the citizens that steps were being taken for bringing ban on cow-slaughter; but all of a sudden, shrewd Indira Gandhi cancelled the committee thus packing up the proposal of ban on cow-slaughter. On the contrary, Indira Gandhi’s Congress Government extended assistance to build abattoir at Deonar for cow-slaughter and passed the plans to build two more abattoirs in Hindustan.
Sins committed by Congress while enacting various laws: In 1954, Jawaharlal Nehru had said that ‘Time has not yet come to pass equal civic rights Act’. More than 46 years have passed since Nehru making such statement; but none of the parties’ including the Congress government, has taken steps to pass this Act. The Supreme Court had directed the then Narasimha Rao Government on 10.5.1995 to pass equal civic rights Act in this country. Despite the orders of the Supreme Court, the power-hungry Congress and other parties’ governments did not pass such Act to appease Muslims. If wearing uniform is made compulsory for all school children, why should there not be an uniform law for all citizens?
Sins committed by Congress while enacting various laws: In the year 1955, a very unlawful and sinful Act was passed under the title ‘Hindu Code Bill’. Although there was not an iota of correlation between Hinduism and this Act, Nehru named it as Hindu. One of the MPs, Smt. Subhadra Joshi passed very shocking comments in support of the said notorious Act during the discussions that ‘Hindu marriage is like a prostitution trade.’ Since under the guidance of Nehru, everyone in Congress had undergone degeneration, nobody even protested against such comments.
Sins committed by Congress during various wars: In the war fought in the year 1971, India created Bangladesh at the cost of sacrificing 4000 soldiers; but Indira Gandhi was deceived by the ‘Shimla Agreement’. Congress Government lost the golden opportunity of to solve Kashmir problem. India returned 93000 prisoners of war to Pakistan so also land won in the war; but Pakistan has not returned India’s 100 prisoners of war even now. They are still rotting in the Pakistani jails. None of the Congress Governments has so far made any effort towards their release.
Sins committed by Congress during the period of assassination of Gandhi: In the war against Pakistan fought in the year 1965 on the issue of ‘Kaccha Desert’, India had won 5000 sq. kms. of land sacrificing 3200 of her soldiers; but the Congress Government returned the same to Pakistan by entering into ‘Tashkent Agreement’.
Sins committed by Congress in different wars fought so far: Nehru, who used to be busy in daydreaming, gave a call of ‘Hindi – Chini Bhai Bhai’ although China was an enemy of India and China, back-stabbing India, wedged a war against India!
In Indo-China war fought in the year 1962, Around 3200 Indian soldiers died and China grabbed nearly 100000 sq. kms. of Indian land which is still under its control.
Sins committed by Congress with reference to Kashmir: Jammu-Kashmir (J & K) has population of ten millions and get aid of Rs.2400 millions i.e. Rs.24000/- per head; but the aid given to other States is not even 5% of what is given to J&K. The assistance provided to J &K by the Central Government is 7-10% more than what other States receive because there are Muslims in majority in that State. The Congress Government is pouring money in J & K and in a way levying a type of ‘Jizia’ tax on Hindus as it is the money paid by Hindus by way of taxes on their earnings after putting lot of hard work.
Sins committed by Congress with reference to Kashmir: Congress Government started bus service from Srinagar to Muzaffarbad but the terrorists blew up 18 government offices to register their protest. The Central Government and the State Government of Jammu and Kashmir, however, kept mum in the matter.
Sins committed by Congress with reference to Kashmir: The Congress Government did not provide protection to Kashmiri Hindus in the year 1990 when the Muslim fanaticism had crossed all the limits; as a result, 400000 Kashmiri Hindus had to leave their own land. Their apple orchards, farms where they used to grow ‘Basmati’ rice, their houses and shops have been grabbed by Muslims and the Congress Government has not given any compensation to them so far. These 400000 Hindus are now leading life of a refugee in their own country and have been facing lot of hardships. In the refugee camps erected for them 20 years back, no electricity, water, cleanliness, facility to get education or avenue to earn own living have been provided by governments of any of the parties. In fact, Kashmiri Hindus have not been rehabilitated in Kashmir even after all these years.
Sins committed by Congress with reference to Kashmir: The article 370 initially adopted on temporary basis for Jammu and Kashmir was made permanent by the power-hungry Congress instead of discarding the same after some time. This article was made applicable to even States like Nagaland, Mizoram and few other States. Kashmir is an integral part of India but even the President of India cannot buy any property in Kashmir. What kind of integration is this? Kashmir is a place where Muslims are in majority and therefore, the Congress has made such special Constitutional provision.
Sins committed by Congress with reference to Kashmir: Congress did not defend Kashmir from Pakistani militants and raised question of Kashmir in United Nations. It gifted one third of Kashmir to Pakistan and made another partition of India after partition of 1947.
Sins committed by Congress with relation to Kashmir ! : Just approximately 3 months after the creation of Pakistan, Pakistan attacks Kashmir with all its military might. Hari Singh, the King of Kashmir requests Nehru for help. Nehru put forth a precondition namely ‘If you hand over the reins of Kashmir to Sheikh Abdullah, only then I will provide help.’ Before the Indian army which had gone to help in securing Kashmir, could secure Kashmir fully Nehru orders the army to stop all operations. Nehru himself handed over a large part of Kashmir to Pakistan and handed over Kashmir, a Hindu kingdom, to Abdullah in order to please Muslims. The wound inflicted on Kashmir has been kept bleeding continuously. King Hari Singh did not get even a single penny from Nehru !
Sins committed by Congress in the aftermath of Gandhi’s killing ! : In relation to Gandhi killing, on the instructions of Nehru, Sarsanchalak Pujya Golvalkar Guruji was imprisoned without any reason for 18 months. In relation to Gandhi killing Nehru banned Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for 18 months and arrested seventeen thousand swayamsevaks and subjected them to torture. All over the country there were demonstrations against this injustice; on the instructions from Nehru the police severely lathi charged and beat thousands of swayamsevaks. A number of swayamsevaks died as a result of this police action. To explain the non-involvement of RSS and its explanation Pujya Golvalkar Guruji requested a meeting with Nehru repeatedly. All requests were always denied and Pujya Guruji was repeatedly insulted !
Sins committed by Congress in the aftermath of Gandhi’s killing ! : Veer Savarkar, who devoted his life to gain independence and who suffered a punishment in the Black waters of Andaman, was forcibly imprisoned for one year by the government led by Nehru after accusing him of being involved in the assassination of Gandhi. The Nehru government said in court that Veer Savarkar was either responsible for the assassination of Gandhi or he had full knowledge of this act forehand. Even after such accusations, the court decided and declared that Veer Savarkar was not involved in the assassination of Gandhi and set him free. Unfortunately even today Congressmen object to the release of Veer Savarkar from the case related to Gandhi’s assassination and talk suspiciously; is this not Contempt of Court ?
Sins committed by Congress in the aftermath of Gandhi’s killing ! : ‘Killing of innocent Brahmins after the death of Gandhi, killing of Sikhs after the death of Indira Gandhi, these killings were carried out on the suggestions of Congress leaders!’
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: The freedom fight of Goa was going on even before the year 1947; but Congress did not pay attention. Nehru said that Goa was a pimple on the cheek of India. Once India gets freedom, it would not take much time to squash that pimple. The Portuguese Government used to oppress the contingents of agitators being sent by India since the year 1954 even then the Congress in power at the Centre remained indifferent. Finally on 19th September 1961, Goa was freed through an army revolution. The Congress made the Indians wait for 14 years for squashing the pimple of Goa as said by Nehru and unnecessarily increased bondage of Goans.
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: After partition, Congress conferred higher posts to those Muslims who were loyal to Pakistan. The former Governor of Maharashtra Ali Yavar Jung was an advocate of Nizam, his loyalty was with Nizam and he was given the post of Governor of Maharashtra! Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad was the first Education Minister of India who returned to India with a dream of ‘Pan Islam’ from Arab countries. He wanted all of Bharat to become Pakistan and therefore, he was against creation of Pakistan. Barrister Asaf Ali was made an ambassador in USA who wrote wrong address and sent the shipment of weapons to Karachi, Pakistan. It was Indian money, Indian ambassador, sending weapons to Pakistan i.e. loyalty to Pakistan. How terrible was all these things?
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: Muslims do not address the land of this country as ‘mother’ and in the song ‘Vande Mataram’, tribute is paid to Goddess Durga; therefore, the Congress Government decided that ‘Vande Mataram’ would not be our the national song. The Congress omitted the praise of Goddess Durga from the song giving it the status of second national song and the song praising the British King as India’s ‘Adhinayak and Bhagyavidhata’ i.e. ‘Jan Gan Man’ became the national song!
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: In ‘Chittagong Hill Tract (CHT)’ comprising of 13000 sq. km. area in Bengal, 98% of the people were Buddhists, Hindus and Christians.
In the year 1947, those people opted to remain with Hindustan. On 16.8.1947, the Partition Officer Radcliffe declared that the said part was allocated to Pakistan without discussing the matter with the local leaders and without giving any reasons. Indian leaders did not object to even this decision. On 20.8.1947, Pakistan sent its army and quashed the opposition.
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: In the Tharparkar District in Sindh, 94% of the population was Hindu. There, the Partition Officer Radcliffe said that partition of the country could not be done as per the districts; but the demand to mark ‘Silhet’ under Pakistan was immediately agreed to although the Muslims in the area were 51%. The Congress leaders raised no objection against these decisions.
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: 25% of the population of Lahore was Muslim. When Hindus objected to this decision, Radcliffe, the ‘Partition Officer’ asked, “How can Hindustan be given both the cities viz. Kolkata and Lahore?” 38% of land of Punjab was given to 45 % of Hindus (that included even Sikhs) and 62% land was given to 55% of Muslims. The Congress, however, raised no objection to this decision.
Sins committed by Congress after Partition: Without taking consent of Hindus, Congress committed the sin of creating Pakistan dividing (in fact, making 3 parts) of India and ascended the throne of power.
Sins committed by Congress before Partition: Congress did grave injustice to Hindus living in Pakistan by deciding about partition of this country. Hindus owned 90% of the land in Pakistan. In cities like Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshavar, Rawalpindi, Quetta, Layalpur etc., affluent Hindus had hundreds of palatial houses, lending business, shops, mills, charitable organizations, hospitals, schools, and colleges etc. Punjab University in Lahore was built on 5000 acres of land belonging to a rich Hindu named Gangaram. There was a hospital known as Sir Gangaram Hospital there. The property owned by this family in Lahore was worth 500 millions of rupees. The famous markets like Raja Bazar in Peshawar, Anarkali in Lahore, Saddar in Karachi, Sindh Bazar in Hyderabad, Punjab Bazar in Multan, Hindumal Bazar in Quetta had 95% of shops owned by Hindus. Today, there is not a single Hindu shop. All the jute mills and rice mills in Bangladesh were owned by Hindus. There too, today nothing belongs to Hindus.
Sins committed by Congress before Partition: River Sindhu, on the banks of which our culture flourished, where our sages recited ‘Vedrhucha’, was taken away from us due to partition of this country by the Congress. The River Ganga which is always hailed in all our religious ceremonies, one-fifth part of such River went to East Pakistan (Bangla Desh); even River Brahmaputra, that meets River Ganga, became unhappy as she had to flow through Bangla Desh. The birth place of Panini who wrote the grammar of Sanskrut, the language of Gods, ‘Nankana’, the birth place of Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikh Sect, went to Pakistan. Lahore, the place established by Luv, the son of Prabhu Ramchandra, city Dhaka which got its name from the Goddess Dhakeshwari, all these too went to Pakistan !
Sins committed by Congress before Partition: The number of people who died due to the decision of partition taken by the Congress was much higher than the people killed by dictators. The homeless Hindus from Pakistan were not given any protection by the Congress Government, therefore, nearly a million Hindus were killed and fifteen million Hindus became homeless. A train full of Hindu refugees started from Rawalpindi station to come to Delhi; but just after it left the station, Muslim butchers stopped the train, opened every compartment and methodically started destruction. They did not feel anything to pull a child from its mother’s lap or a sister clinging to her brother. They ripped off the legs of small children and banged them; this action was the extremity of brutality. Young girls were dragged out and their legs were tied, one’s left leg and another’s right leg, so that they did not run away. The Hindu women who were abducted till 15th August, were later disrobed and taken out in a procession. Owing to the indifference and inaction of the Congress Government, only in Lahore, there were 900 women, who were disrobed and taken out in a procession by the Muslim beasts.
Sins committed by Congress before Partition: Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar writes in his book titled ‘Pakistan vishayiche vichar (Thoughts about Pakistan)’, ‘If the partition of the country is to be accepted, it should be accepted on the pre-condition of exchange of Hindu – Muslim citizens.’ His invaluable and basic advice was, however, discarded by Nehru’s Congress Government. He declared ‘Bharat’ as a secular country instead of giving it the status of a Hindu Nation. As such, ‘Bharat’ came to be known as the country of mainly followers of 3 religions i.e. Hindu, Muslims and Christians although Hindus were in majority.
Sins committed by Congress at the time of Partition: Congressmen never waged a war for freedom. Even before partition, Congress leaders were busy in appeasement of Muslims and groveling before the British. They committed the sin of dividing ‘Bharatkhand’ in two (actually 3) parts by creating Pakistan and grabbed the power. On 15.8.1947, only the Congress was celebrating festival of freedom. Everywhere, there were heaps of dead bodies; but the Congress was portraying to the whole nation that they had acquired freedom with their non-violence movement.
Offences of Congress before partition: On 16th August 1946, Muslim League started oppression of Hindus by undertaking an ‘Action Plan’ at Naukhali in Bengal for creation of Pakistan. The Congress Government led by Nehru did nothing to stop the oppression. In retaliation to the dreadful incidents taking place in Bengal, Hindus from Bihar started destruction of Muslims in number of villages. As Muslims stood at the receiving end, Gandhi talked to Nehru over phone. Nehru rushed to Bihar and threatened to bomb the Hindu areas. He deployed army to protect Muslims !
Offences of Congress before partition: During the conference held by the Muslim League at Lahore in 1940, a resolution was passed demanding Pakistan. The Congress never realized the ambition of separate power of Muslims and it committed unpardonable sin of partition of ‘Bharatmata’. During the general election of 1945, Congress promised that there would be no partition; but it did not keep its promise. Offences of Congress before partition: Barrister Jina complained to the Congress that singing of the national song ‘Vande Mataram’ insulted Muslims and hoisting the ‘tri-colour’ flag of Congress at public places hurt their religious sentiments. The complaint was immediately taken note of by Gandhi and the Congress Working Committee instructed all the regional Committees to ban display of both the things at public places as advised by Gandhi.
Offences of Congress before partition: Congress had boycotted the census of 1931 and 1941 as there used to be a noting of ‘caste’ in the same. The scheming Muslims took advantage of the situation. At the time of partition, the British earmarked border of the two countries based on the population of Hindus and Muslims as per those censuses and allocated more land to Pakistan !
Offences of Congress before partition: A convention was held by the Congress at Lahore, in the year 1929, under the presidency of Nehru. That was the first time, the Congress passed a resolution, for complete freedom of Hindustan. During the first 20 years of its formation, the Congress, that was afraid to even utter the word ‘freedom’ in front of the British, slowly started demanding colonial self-government. It took 45 years for Congress to demand complete freedom for ‘Bharat’ since its inception. Such lack of prudence on the part of Congress led to delay of 50 years in acquiring freedom for the country.
Offences of Congress before partition: From August 1921, the ‘Moplas’ started attacking Hindus in Malabar, Kerala, who were unprepared because of the Congress’ ‘Khilafat’ movement. Hundreds of Hindus were killed, Hindu women were raped even during day time and hundreds of houses were burning for days together. There is no count of the Hindus who were circumcised. Hindus were in no position to retaliate due to Gandhi’s false idea of Hindu-Muslim unity. These atrocities against Hindus went on for 4 months but Congress and Gandhi said “‘Moplas’ acted as per their religion; ‘Moplas’ are valiant” and completely ignored oppressed Hindus!
Offences of Congress before partition: Owing to the sermons given by the Congress, Hindus got in the habit of being under intimidation of those who refused to bow before ‘Bharatmata’, those who called worshippers of idols of Sree Ram and Sree Krushna as ‘kafirs’, those who used to treat Hindu women as a thing for taking advantage of and those who troubled ‘Gou-mata’. At the time of partition, those who asked Hindus to retaliate against Muslims were termed as maniacs by the Congress. Only the Congress is responsible for committing one of the highest sins of creating such collective impotency among Hindus !
Offences of Congress before partition: In the year 1919, the Muslims from Hindustan started ‘Khilafat’ movement to enthrone the Khalifa of Turkstan who was deposed by the British after the First World War. The Congress, with Gandhi as its President, took part in that movement although it was in no way connected to the freedom fight of ‘Bharat’ and therefore, the demon of fanatic Muslims bottled by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was let lose once again in Indian politics.
Offences of Congress before partition: Mr. Alan Hume, a British officer took intiative in establishing ‘Anti-revolutionaries’ Congress Party on 28th December 1884 by discussing with various leaders from different places who were loyal to the British to implement a preventive measure that would not once again make any Indian think about armed revolution and a war similar to the freedom fight of 1857 was not waged in future. Please remember that the reason for Congress hating revolutionaries is in its establishment that took place 125 years ago !
